1. Privacy by Design

At ai2fm.eu, we prioritize the security of your proprietary logic. Our system is architected to be stateless. We do not store, log, or inspect the FileMaker XML or AI-generated text payloads processed through our engine.

2. Data Collection

• Account Information: We collect your name and email address at the time of purchase to manage your license. This is handled by our Merchant of Record.
• Device Identification: We use a unique PersistentID generated by FileMaker to manage seat activations. This ID does not contain personally identifiable information.
• IP Addresses: We monitor public IP addresses solely for security and to prevent license abuse (e.g., credential sharing).

3. Data Processing

All code transformations occur in volatile memory (RAM) and are purged immediately after the encrypted response is delivered to your device. No customer code is ever written to disk or used for AI training.
